I'm so happy to announce that our Season 1 premiere of Eric En Plein Air is now available to watch on the PBS app and website! (Air times on local PBS stations are also being scheduled).
Our premiere episode is all about Lyndhurst in Tarrytown, NY. I hope you all enjoy the program and I want to thank everyone who supported this project. We couldn't have done it without you. https://www.pbs.org/video/lyndhurst-tarrytown-ny-frlmv7/

Exciting news! My watercolor paint sets are now available from the Stone Ground Paint Co.! I have two sets available and they're both designed to be versatile and suited for any subject matter. I love the quality of their paints because they are very vivid and mix beautifully. And all of the paints are made by hand by their dedicated team. I carefully selected both sets of colors to include both earth pigments and more chromatic pigments. My Light & Simple set is 6 colors that is perfect for plein air trips. My Eric Santoli - 12 was designed for anyone who wants more of an expanded range of colors. I am very proud to be working with the amazing team at the Stone Ground Paint Co. and for a 10% discount on all orders, please use code: SANTOLI10 Read more: https://www.stonegroundpaint.com/pages/eric-santoli "Let's Go Paint!" Today we began filming for Season 2 of Eric En Plein Air at the Stickley Museum at Craftsman Farms in Morris Plains, NJ! I demonstrated a full watercolor and gouache lesson and met with Samuel Calabrese, the museum’s Member & Visitor Services Coordinator and Executive Director, Dr. Jonathan Clancy.
This was actually my first time at the Stickley Museum, but I have been a long-time fan of Stickley furniture and designs. It was so much fun to explore the grounds and to see the furniture in person; I definitely recommend taking a tour if you're in the area! We are only 2 months away from Season 1 of Eric En Plein Air airing nationwide and on the PBS App in June, 2026. I am very excited and I can't wait to share our program with viewers! Season 1 was a really education experience because I needed to learn all about TV production, filming, etc. But, through ups and downs, we can learn anything by putting in the effort.
And now, Season 2 is underway as we already have locations confirmed! It is going to be a great season as we are visiting many amazing places. If you have location suggestions, please send us a message through EEPA's CONTACT PAGE. I may be slower with sharing updates only because things are really busy as I'm painting, beginning to write a book, scheduling WORKSHOPS and getting ready for a trip to France in May. Have a great week everyone and enjoy this early springtime! |
